    Full-body or targeted areas for massage.
    Recipients can choose between Holistic, Swedish or Deep Tissue massages. Session duration will determine full-body or targeted focus areas.

    Chair Massage

    Head, neck and upper-body massage.
    Fully clothed, oil-free treatment using an ergonomic chair. Session duration can vary between 15 to 30 minutes depending on staff numbers.

    Fully clothed, oil-free and seated treatment focused on acupressure points to help improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
