Notice of rescheduling and cancellation policy

Your health and the health of all my clients matters to me. To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Advance payment for your session is required to complete your booking. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show / not at home when I arrive) your pre-paid session will be non-refundable.
